Srinagar, February 04 (KNO): Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) State President, Ravinder Raina on Monday said that crowded and jam-packed AIIMS ground with the enthusiastic gathering of common people has established that Jammu has chosen Prime Minister Narendra Modi and his decisive policies while utterly rejecting divisive policies of Congress along with its allies. Addressing media persons, Raina said that strong presence of more than 2.5 lakh people in Modi’s rally at AIIMS ground, Vijaypur has shown the faith of people in Modi led government. “For this grand reception, massive turn out and display of love, we feel indebted to the people and thank the residents of Jammu. This was historic rally. Biggest rally in the region, till today and has clearly shown the mood of people before two major elections,” Raina said as per a statement issued to KNO. Jam-packed ground has changed the political scenario of J&K and has laid the strong foundation of clean sweep by BJP in all the forthcoming elections, he said, adding that the script for Parliamentary and Assembly elections has been written and all those who have participated in this rally have entered their name in the making of history. “Soon, this mood will be evident in the EVM machines, when the BJP will form Centre and State government on its own giving BJP’s Chief Minister to the state,” Raina claimed. In the rally, PM Modi has fulfilled aspirations of all the three regions of the state, while he inaugurated and laid foundation stones boosting development of all the regions. “Sabka Saath, Sabka Vikaas” has been truly achieved. The people have participated in the rally from all the areas like Samba, Udhampur, Reasi, Poonch, Jammu, Vijaypur, Samba, Basohli and we thank them once again for their overwhelming response. This rally has proven the ground work by BJP workers who have worked day and night for the smooth conduct of the rally, he said, adding that this rally will also prove to be a booster dose for their energy levels for upcoming Lok Sabha elections. “We are sure that the BJP will get greater support from public in coming days as evident from the enthusiasm and mood of masses in the rally,” he said. Poor, Dalit, Mazdoor, workers, business class, every section in the society is touched by the Modi vision, he said, adding that public has clearly shown its support for Modi and “we express our gratitude to the public of Jammu for such massive turn out.”(KNO)
